| (in English) | Cloud servies have made large contributions to the agile WEB application developments. The performance of WEB applications running on the cloud, however, may degrade due to various causes such as bursty accesses and resource contentions in the cloud. Most of existing techniques for the performance diagnosis have to obtain the comprehensive information from the applications or systems. These techniques do not work well for the recent systems which have microservice architecture because these are configured with several independent applications or services, which makes it diffcult to obtain the comprehensive information from the systems. We propose a method to diagnose performance of WEB applications running on the cloud, which only uses access log information to estimate the access load and uses statistical hypothesis testing for the performance diagnosis. | |
