We propose a fundamental frequency estimation method which is fast, accurate and suitable for realtime use. While the proposed method is based on the same framework as DIO which is proposed by Morise et al, it has clear differences that it uses recursive moving average filters for attenuating high order harmonics and that period detection is performed for signals which contain more amplitude of high harmonics. Furthermore we employed a post-prosessing based on dynamic programming for making possible to controll balance between latency and accuracy by its trace-back time parameter. As results of evaluation experiments using natural speech databases by 5 speakers, it was shown that accuracy of the poposed method was worse than NDF but better than DIO and SWIPE' and speed was the fastest among those existing methods. |
