Uniqueness and Universality of Extension of Maxwell's Equations for Charge Creation-Annihilation

(in English) The necessity of the extension of Maxwell's equations to treat charge creation-annihilation in semiconductor devices is being recognized by many semiconductor engineers and researchers. We have reported that the above extension could be realized by the charge creation-annihilation scalar field, which is almost equivalent to Nakanishi-Lautrup field in quantum electrodynamics. This paper shows that the extended equations must include the space and time partial derivatives of the charge creation-annihilation scalar field. The extended equations can be adopted not only electromagnetic field but also fields for other forces. It is shown that the linear gravitational field can be described by the extended equations, which give Klein-Gordon and time independent Schrodinger equations.
