| (in English) | Assessment Index of the city is a structured indicator system to carry out integrated evaluation in the three aspects of economic, social, environment, such as Inclusive Wealth Index (IWI). On the other hand, International standard (Individual Index) have been developed, such as ISO 37120: Sustainable development of communities, and ISO/TS 37151: Smart community infrastructures that are provided by standards developing organizations. In the fifth Science and Technology Basic Plan, which the Japanese government has been established, and has set the goal of realizing a Beyond "Smart society" in 2030. In this paper, we consider from the point of view of "Software Defined Society", from the point of view of ICT-relate industries, with respect to society the implementation of this concept of Beyond "Smart society". And, we propose a Method of Implementation (；Assessment ) for Sustainable Development on the Smart Cities by effective, efficient and acceptable use of new ICTs, i.e., IoT, Big data, and Artificial Intelligence. | |
