Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recentry, effective utilization of computational resources in large-scale distributed processing clusters is gathering attention.
When a large-scale distributed processing cluster is applied to a communication node such as a session control server, it is an important requirement that the load on the entire system is equally distributed to the server machines configureing the cluster.
A method to allocate a multiple virtual nodes to a physical server for improvement of the dispersibility has been established. It was assumed that clusters with uniform server performance. The number of virtual nodes of each server was unique.
We proposed two methods to determine the number of virtual node IDs by a linear function or square root considering the performance of each server, assuming a heterogeneous cluster include Raspberry Pi configuration.
We evaluated the two methods from the simulation results.
We verified in the actual machine and confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
