[Poster Presentation] Constraints on relaxation times for GKLS master equation

(in English) To understand the nature of relaxation phenomena in open quantum system is one of the most imporatnt tasks for putting quantums devices such as quantum computer into practical use.
For Markovian open quantum dynamics, where the general master equation is described by GKLS master equation, the universal rule of relaxation times in 2 level system is known as $it{sum_{it{i}=rm{1}}^{rm 3} Gamma_i geq rm{2}it{Gamma}_j (it{j}=rm{1,2,3})}$ where $it{Gamma_i} $s are inverse relaxation times.
In this study, we generalize the constraints to hold in any $N$ level quantum systems.
