Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Today, technologies like AR applications tending to be used in parallel with conventional activities are spreading, and there is a concern that adverse effects may be exerted on human activities if incompleteness occurs in grasping the situation due to biased attention in multi-task. Although it is effective to draw attention by machine judgment, there is also a risk that humans lose the ability to grasp the situation if they depend completely on it. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to realize draw-attention system which fixes biased attention and at the same time encourages human voluntary attention distribution. We actually designed the system using the character agent as draw-attention stimulus and evaluated experimentally in the dual task environment. Results suggested that the number of draw-attention stimulus decreased with time, and that it is possible to encourage human voluntary attention distribution by using character agent.
