Performance Evaluation of Cell Selection Employing Inter-Cell Interference Coordination for Heterogeneous Network

(in English) This paper investigates the influence of the cell selection scheme and the inter-cell interference (ICIC) for the heterogeneous network. The cell range expansion with the common offset value is used for the cell selection scheme. In addition, the multiple transmission is allowed from the BSs with the greater reference signal received power (RSRP) than the maximum value minus ϕ dB. Furthermore, the ICIC is assumed to be optimally performed. The simulation results show that the above-mentioned scheme works properly, and the similar performance with the joint optimization is observed.
