ubjective State Recognition Using EEG Under Psychophysiological Constraints

(in English) Recently, deep learning is used to extract useful features from input automatically and has shown high performance in various fields. It is also used in field of subjective state recongnition from EEG, but it remains problems due to low SNR and cost to collect. Meanwhile, EEG association between specific subjective state and frequency band has been clarified by past works. In this study, we applied the psychological constraints proper to EEG to the bottom-up feature extraction by deep learning, and confirmed the change of recognition performance depending on the presence or absence of constraints.
