A Study on Improvement in Frequency Characteristics of A Low Frequency Current-mode Universal filter Using MOCCII

(in English) A Low Frequency Current-mode Universal filter Using MOCCII with current amplification function is proposed. Large capacitances are necessary to realize Low-frequency filters for biological signals. A large apparent capacitance is realized by using MOCCIIs with small current amplification factor. However, current-mode universal filter oscillates. In this paper, phase compensation capacitance is used to prevent oscillating of the filter. LTspice simulation result shows that the filter with compensation capacitance does not oscillate. The Frequency characteristic of the filter is improved by using compensation capacitance.
