The "supportive protective system (SPS)" was newly established to protect safety and to decrease work load of workers. The SPS monitors and controls some human error automatically using ICT devices. In the present study, effectiveness of the SPS was examined in experimental workplace in JNIOSH. In addition, behavior analytical procedure for work efficacy was also examined. Results of the present study indicated that the SPS is useful system for both safety of workers and productivity. Also, it was concluded that behavior analysis is effective for workers if feedback is shown to workers. |
