| (in English) | Application of ICT to the agricultural field is in progress. In this research, we focused on tomatoes grown in a greenhouse to visualize the variation in crop yield of the greenhouse. And we aim to provide cultivation support by providing these information to managers of the greenhouse. Smart devices are used to measure the position and harvesting behavior of farm workers and visualized the spatial distribution of tomato yields. By using beacons and smartphones for position estimation, it is able to estimate the section where farm workers are working and at the same time, recognizing specific action with smart watch to estimate whether the farm worker harvests a tomato or not. We conducted these experiments for three farmers for two weeks and compared the variance of the crop yield per week. | |
