The constrained interpolation profile (CIP) method is
the calculation method to incorporate the spatial differential value of the acoustic field into the calculation
and solve it at the same time.
In addition, since sound pressure and particle velocity is calculated on the same grids, the position of the medium boundary can be strictly set.
In this study, simulations were performed in the case when the sound source moves and the case when the medium boundary moves in one and two dimensional sound fields using this CIP method.
Simulation was made possible by moves, by incorporating a Gaussian distribution in the sound source when the sound source moves, and changing the calculation method depending on the position of the medium boundary when the medium boundary moves.
Then, we evaluated by comparing the frequency of the receiving sound waveform of the calculation result with the theoretical value by the Doppler effect. |
