In this paper, we propose a nano watt ambient temperature sensor circuit for an energy harvesting sensor network which measures the low power and small area of the sensor itself by using a thermistor as an ambient element. The proposed temperature sensor circuit was designed with a SOTB 65 nm process and the area was 5863μm2. The temperature range was -50 ° C to 50 ° C and the resolution was 0.087 ° C. In addition, the error is ± 2.7 ° C at 25 ° C and the power consumption is 869 nW, which can be said to be small area and low power compared to previous research and other articles. In addition, FoM which is a performance index of the temperature sensor is good as 1.15 pJK, and this temperature sensor circuit can be said to be a good circuit not only for energy harvesting but also as a temperature sensor circuit. |
