| (in English) | The system has to continually add change requests such as function addition and troubleshooting, but in recent years short aging of the development cycle is promoted by agile development method etc., and the frequency of change request is increasing.By linking development tools and configuration management information, you can apply change requests to automatic management. However, even when the same change request to the same environment is repeated like the version upgrade, or even if the past change request is canceled as in the case of return, it remains as change history.For this reason, it became difficult to grasp the state of the real environment from the change request history or to carefully examine the contents from the change request history of the development environment and apply it to the commercial environment.In this research, we solved it by automatically having the relevance between change requests and utilizing them. | |
