| (in English) | Recently, MANET（Mobile ad hoc network）and DTN（Delay tolerant network）have been attracting attention as a means of multi-hop communication in an environment where infrastructure is destroyed due to disasters. MANET is designed to be suitable for stable communication environment, while DTN is designed to be suitable for unstable communication environment. Therefore, MANET-DTN network has been proposed, featuring the selection of MANET or DTN network appropriately.In MANET-DTN network, each node applies a MANET routing protocol when the links between the node and neighbors are stable. On the other hand, when the links are unstable, a DTN routing protocol is applied. However, MANET-DTN network increases the end-to-end delay because of communication of different routing protocol between MANET and DTN. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical routing that prohibits communication between MANET and DTN and limits to only MANET-MANET or DTN-DTN communication. The proposed method reduces the end-to-end delay. The performance and the effectiveness of the proposed method are clarified by computer simulation. |
