Metabolism is a network of intracellular reactions common to many organisms. Simulation analysis of metabolic pathways based on the revealed biological facts has been conducted, but many of them are modeled only for parts which is related to the aimed metabolic phenomena. The metabolic pathway is very large, such a partial model can not properly exlain whole system of the metabolism.
In this study, we employ a method for global schale metabolic pathway analysis called Quasi Steady State Petri net to examine the effect of glycogen in diauxic shift of $E.coli$. |
