Frequency entangled photon-pairs have a potential for various quantum technology applications including optical coherence tomography and generation of high-dimensional quantum state. High-index contrast doped glass is attractive material for photon-pair source because of its CMOS compatibility, low propagation loss and very small nonlinear loss caused by two-photon absorption. In this paper, we report that we confirmed that the bandwidth of the photon-pairs generated by a high-index contrast doped glass (HICDG) ring resonator using coincidence measurement.
