How to represent a polynomial function by Neural Networks with rectified linear units

(in English) In this report we study how to represent an exact polynomial function by neural networks (NN) with rectified linear units (ReLU). We focus on a three-layer neural network that has two input nodes, four hidden processing nodes, and a single output node for a polynomial function : $alpha_0 + alpha_1 x_1 + alpha_2 x_2 + alpha_3 x_1 x_2$. We give a method to obtain the hyperparameters of the three-layer ReLU NN representing $alpha_0 + alpha_1 x_1 + alpha_2 x_2 + alpha_3 x_1 x_2$.
