(in English) In recent years, the number of IoT (Internet of Things) services for controlling devices via a network has increased. However, such IoT services are in an environment where communication of home appliances and the like is relatively stable. and there are few cases applied to autonomous driving of mobile robots. One of the factors is that depending on the behavior of the network, messages related to device control cannot be transmitted to the device. The authors have proposed to realize the function of assisting message transmission from application to device by focusing on the arrival rate of messages which is one of the requests for message transmission. In this paper, we evaluate the influence on the message transmission from the application to the device when deploying the proposed function from the viewpoint of the arrival time.
