Fluorescence imaging system with high sensitivity and high spectral resolution that using excitation laser light with random speckle structure was proposed. We examined the optimum irradiation pattern for the fluorescent navigated treatment of digestive cancer and confirmed that the irradiation pattern with the similar spatial frequency as the imaging target is effective. Applying compressed sensing using total variation minimization, the reconstructed image quality was significantly improved. Proposed imaging system was applied to the flexible endoscope, and it was also confirmed that the fluorescence image was reconstructed with sufficient contrast for a sample coated with quantum dots on a frosted glass. |
