After VEGF is sent to the existing host blood vessel from the isolated cancer caells , the vascular endothelial cells are collapsed/deformed and the vascularization occurs toward the cancer cells which becomes a trigger of their infinite reproduction. To kill such tumors surely, High Intensity Focused Ultrasound can be thought to be a invasive efficient therapy. In this study, the most optimized irradiation conditions are discussed considering the energy at the rapture of cavitation including the evaluation of the sound pressure and ts attenuation and introducing the appropriate oscillation circuit, after the metastasis block using the vibration is proposed. And then the possibility of the application of this therapy to stomach cancer and esophageal cancer by which the inner alimentary canal, specialized for the microstructure of the transducer. |
