In this paper, a miniaturized low-profile frequency selective surface with spiral structure is presented. By printing spiral structures on two layers of a dielectric plate, proposed FSS can obtain a large interlayer capacitance. The spiral structure makes proposed FSS achieve miniaturized periodic element of 0.0266??, where ?? is free space wavelength of the resonant frequency. The deviation of resonant frequency show that the structure exhibits excellent performances of simulation resonance for different polarizations and incident angles (up to 80??), both TE polarization and TM polarization. |
