The goal is reduction of manufacturing lead-time by averaging operating time between various type of equipment. In this study, we focused on legacy manufacturing equipment that do not have sensors. Such types of equipment occupy 57% in all the domestic manufacturing equipment. We have developed the method that estimates operating time in high accuracy with add-on sensors for legacy manufacturing equipment. We confirmed the consistency within 3 seconds between estimated operating time and apparatus log one by applying the proposal method to PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing equipment. We got prospect improvement of production efficiency for PCB manufacturing equipment. |
