(in English) Today, Phased Array Antenna(PAA) attracts strong attentions for the application to IoT wireless communications and RF power transmission. PAA changes the phase in the RF signal to scan a formed beam. In this work, the PAA using low loss MEMS switches is presented, which is expected to make the front end circuit simple.
