Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Acoustic coupling is generated between a microphone and a loudspeaker placed in a same room generate. The application of an adaptive filter reduces the degree of the coupling efectively. In this paper, we propose a method capable of detecting the convergence of the coefficients of the adaptive filter with the designed estimation error where the power gain of the acoustic path from the loudspeaker to the microphone and also the power of the surrounding noise fluctuates. Thereby, the acoustic path can be estimated previous to working, for example, feedforward type active noise sontrol systems.
