Fundamental Research on Input Impedance and Impedance Matching of RF-DC Conversion Circuit

the adjusting of the input impedance without %
a lot of trials and errors.
In this paper, an identification method of an input impedance of a RF-DC conversion circuit is discussed.
It is shown that the impedance matching between the identified input impedance and an internal resistance of a power supply is effective for realizing of a high RF-DC conversion efficiency.
In addition, the influences of the internal resistance on the RF-DC conversion circuit are also discussed.
