| (in English) | Optical fractional OFDM based on fractional Fourier Transform can reduce peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) which is an issue in optical OFDM. Because of this advantage, the signal quality degradation due to nonlinear optical effects can be suppressed. In this work, we evaluate spectral efficiency of fractional OFDM based on occupied bandwidth and the amount of the spectral change due to nonlinear optical effects in fiber transmission. | |
