| (in English) | MANET (Mobile Ad hoc NETwork) is a wireless network that consists of mobile terminals which are equipped with a wireless device. However, it requires many terminals to conduct field experiments for evaluating MANET-based system. Therefore, MANET-based system is evaluated by network simulation. In this paper, we propose a method which uses network simulator to confirm the protocol behavior of the terminal. We used the simulator of an MANET-based evacuation system and a Raspberry Pi as a actual terminal. We connected a PC running network simulator with the terminal through a wired LAN. A node in the network simulator is linked with the terminal, and then, the node sends information messages which received during the simulation to the terminal in real-time. The terminal selects the evacuation route based on the received information. Finally, we confirm that the terminal and the node can obtain the same result to verify the network protocol which is implemented on the terminal. |
