A note on interest level estimation for videos using users' behavior based on OpenPose

This paper presents a novel method for interest level estimation using OpenPose which can obtain users' body skeleton positions from images. Sinse the proposed method uses OpenPose which can obtain users' body skeleton positions by using deep learning, the proposed method can estimate users' interest levels for videos. In the proposed method, we first obtain body skeleton positions of users viewing videos by using OpenPose and extract features based on these body skeletons. Furthermore, by applying feature integration via semi-supervised canonical correlation analysis (SemiCCA) to two kinds of features based on behavior of users viewing videos and obtained from videos, we extract new integrated features. Consequently, the proposed method estimates unknown interest levels by applying tensor completion which can estimate unknown data with observed data to the integrated features and users' interest levels. Therefore, the proposed method can use devices that are conveniently installed such as visible light cameras by OpenPose in the estimation of interest levels. |
