We had developing the tough hydrophone without damage even by measuring in high intensity ultrasound field. The influence of the tough hydrophone on high-intensity 1 MHz and 22 kHz acoustic fields was investigated by visualizing acoustic bubbles around the hydrophone and recording the waveform from the hydrophone simultaneously. 1 MHz focusing transducer (diameter of 80 mm, geometrical focal length of 50 mm) and 22 kHz sonochemical reactor (acrylic water tank of 120 x 120 x 210 mm3, water depth of 110 mm) were used for measurement. The influence of the tough hydrophone’s shape on the high-intensity acoustic field measurement was also investigated by visualizing of the generated cavitation bubbles around tough hydrophone. |
