| (in English) | A lot of services based on matching technology are penetrated today such as e-commerce, travel reservation and contents mining. To smoothly develop sophisticated systems, a problem presenter and an unspecified troubleshooter must be associated with the trouble ticket in which the bugs or the incidents are described for the development or operation phase. Now, we are developing a Project Activating Agent to activate communication between engineers developing the sophisticated system with a trouble ticket. This paper discusses data and functions, which should be prepared and referred by the agent. The key element is Information Centric Network technology that associates the description about incidents and engineers’ profile. Further, we’ll address the functional architecture the prototype of the agent specifying a specified troubleshooter. | |
