Hashtag Trend of Rescue Request Tweets in July 2018 Heavy Rain Disaster in Japan

(in English) After a large-scale disaster occurring, posts (tweets) including hashtags which means requesting a rescue are posted on Twitter. The effectiveness of tweets with this kind of hashtag has been discussed in several papers. The investigation about actual situation of the usage of such tweets is needed to facilitate rescue activities using the tweets. We analyzed the contents trend of the rescue request tweets posted during and after the July 2018 Heavy Rain Disaster (2018 Japan Floods) in our previous study. In this paper, as a further report of the study, we analyze the hashtag trend in tweets with rescue request hashtags from or for Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture.
