R & D of 5G mobile communication systems are intensively conducted as joint projects by industries, academia and the government, for achieving ultra-broadband and high-capacity mobile communications. Realization of Radio frequency hardware that can support high frequency and high bandwidth as well as multiband/multi-access operation is necessary. In this article, key RF circuit technologies that satisfies such requirements are presented. Study, Design and prototype experiment results are revealed. |
