We propose a compact RF high power real-time reflection coefficient measurement system. This system consists of four parts: RF power supply (oscillator 2.45GHz and amplifier 30W), circulator to protect the amplifier, a circuit to detect the standing wave, and microcomputer. We designed and prototyped the detective circuit. From the detected voltages, the reflection coefficient is calculated. This result is verified by comparing with that measured by a conventional VNA |
