This paper reports outdoor experimental trial results of multi-user massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) with 500 MHz system bandwidth at 28 GHz. In this trial, 16 stream spatial multiplexing with hybrid beamforming is employed to serve 8 users. Experimental trial results show that over 20 Gbps downlink throughput can be achieved when users are static as well as moving. |
