We describe a method of representing material synthesis process in a graph format. By using the graph format, we construct annotated corpus including 243 synthesis sections of scientific papers on synthesis process. Furthermore, we apply a Named Entity Recognizer (NER) to the corpus, and report the extraction results of a model that stackes material domain word embedding and character level word embedding. |
