(in English) In recent years, more and more cloud services are used in a variety of industries. Cloud service providers need not only to respond to the needs of the customer by rapid release of new services but also to provide more stable service operation. Although it is important to automate the recovery operations for the increase of recovery operation speed and the elimination of human error, it is desirable to achieve zero-touch operation which automates the entire incident management process because the cost effectivity would be smaller than the development cost by automating partial recovery operation processes. Therefore, we developed a zero-touch operation system of recovery operation in a large-scale commercial cloud services and introduced to the operation of the actual commercial service.
This thesis describes problems in current recovery operation work and its automation, and extracts the requirements in the development of a zero-touch operation system, then implements and evaluates the method to meet the requirements.
