The relationship between mental workload under visual search task execution and eye features

(in English) In this paper, we have focused on several eye features especially on microsaccade and pupil diameter. By using two types of visual search tasks with different presentment time, we measured how these feature values changes to ten subjects when having mental workload. To evaluate the amount of mental workload, we used a systematic evaluation index called NASA-TLX and analysed by combining the pupil movements with the answer rate and difficulty of both tasks. As a result, we have discovered that by the difference of mental workload and the two experiment conditions, the frequency of microsaccade and task performance changes.
