(in English) The electric sliding contact mechanism is a mechanism for energizing a moving object from a stationary object.
It is used in various fields such as electric railway pantographs and trolley wires, and brush / slip rings in electric motors. Since these materials are in contact with each other, friction problems always occur. If the lubricity is deteriorated due to the friction of the material, the current cannot be normally supplied. In this study, a sliding experiment was performed in which molybdenum disulfide was added to the sliding part for the purpose of normal sliding contact and maintaining stable contact electrical resistance. As a result, it demonstrated the effect on lubricity and showed the possibility of practical use.
