[Poster Presentation] Investigation of logic gate using bi-directionally-coupled quantum flux parametron array

(in English) We study a bi-directionally-coupled quantum-flux-parametron (QFP) array as a new configuration method of a superconducting logic gate. In this circuit, the QFPs form a netwok where all QFPs are magnetically coupled each other. Outputs are obtained by state transition of the network converged to its most energetically stable state. This transition process is analyzed using a model that is based on the stochastic transition between two states in a double well potential model. To confirm this behavior, we designed AND gate as a simple example to analyze and evaluated the stochastic behavior. We calculated the error rate of the AND gate using the JSIM. We also confirmed correspondence between theoretical values and actual circuit element values using NOT gate. This is expected to be applied to superconducting artificial neural networks.
