[Short Paper] Fundamental study for relationship analysis between acoustic features by microscopy and pathological characteristics on brain tumors

(in English) In brain tumor resection surgery, the tumor is removed by judging from color and stiffness, and the type and malignancy of the tumor are finally diagnosed by postoperative pathological analysis. In the future, a quantitative and immediate tumor identification system is needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between acoustic features by microscopy and pathological characteristics on brain tumors. The correlation between nuclei density and ultrasonic measurements was low. However, ultrasonic measurements were statistically significant in the data of whether microvascular proliferation region or not.
