With the introduction of new technologies such as network virtualization and 5G, the amount of maintenance work on mobile networks has grown, and there has been a need for a change from conventional maintenance.
We have decided to apply AI technology to network operations and are considering the gradual introduction of AI technology to monitoring, analysis, and response operations.
This article describes the results of a study on the application of AI technology to analytical work. |
