Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) High blood pressure has a great impact on the health and welfare of the people since it is a disease with poor subjective symptoms and there are a large number of patients. Currently wearing the cuff is a common method to measure the blood pressure but it is not convenient and sometimes is difficult for the patients who cannot wear the cuff. In order to acquire blood pressure data on a daily basis, a system that helps users to measure unconsciously without discomfort is desired. In this paper, a non-contact method was proposed and the pulse wave and blood pressure acquisition experiments based on radio wave reflection were performed. Blood pressure was estimated from the slope of the pulse wave, and the possibility of the estimation was considered.
