IoT devices receive a lot of attention at factory sites and devices with wireless communications tend to increase. However, there is a problem that over-constraints are imposed to control the risk of inappropriate production decline in advance because it is considered that the increase in the number of wireless terminals causes packet collision, communication delay, and as a result, communication quality deteriorates. In order to solve this problem, this paper realized the method to prevent communication quality degradation by subdividing one channel into narrow channels in network simulation. We confirmed the effect of over-constraints imposed to prevent the risk of inappropriate production decline has been reduced. |
