Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) When starting up a new business, it is sometimes necessary to develop a system without defining the details of the tasks to be handled by the system, the scope of the systemization, and the details of the system operation policy. In system development for a new business, it is impossible to predict the future functions that the system should provide and the changes in the data structure. However, past cases may provide insights into system changes. In this research, we selected one system for a new business investigate and analyze the contents of continuous system development and system operation, and obtain knowledge on requirements elicitation and continuous development. From the development history of a sharing service, we investigated and analyzed the changes in the system until the new business was recognized and established by society. As a result, we got knowledge about requirements elicitation and continuous development.
