Improvement of system throughput by multiple user mobility in multiple ad hoc networks

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, we analyze the model of multiple mobility users in multiple ad hoc networks in order to reveal how the user mobility improves throughput. With the rapid development and application of 5G and D2D technologies, mobile ad hoc network (MANET) has been widely adopted by mobile clients as a major protocol in residential and commercial usage for individuals and companies. The extreme requirement for MANET is to provide high data rates, large channel capacity, low latency, and quality of service (QoS) maintenance. User cooperative mobility is a new approach to enhance system throughput. However, current research just focuses on single ad hoc network and single movable user, and multiple movable users by cooperative mobility in multiple ad hoc networks has not been studied. We first evaluate the inter-network interference and intra-network influence. Then, we qualitatively present the best position for movable users by cooperative mobility approach to achieve optimal system throughput. Simulation results show that the qualitative position by cooperative mobility approach for multiple networks could improve system throughput evidently by 45.80% compared with conventional intuitive moving method.
