Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Mid-infrared light has been studied for various applications, but various technologies such as high speed and high sensitivity detectors are not enough developed. Therefore, we have proposed a thin-film optical antenna structure as a means of improvement of the performance of a superconducting mid-infrared photodetector. We have already evaluated the input impedance of a nanoantenna at the mid-infrared region by using an infrared spectrometer and a simulator together. Also, we have been developing detectors and have successfully detected them. In this report, we verify a microstrip line that can transmit MIR in order to improve the light receiving efficiency.
