(in English) In this study, a simulation approach is applied to a resonator utilizing the nonlinear characteristics of double-balanced multiplier (DBM) and orthogonal resonant modes. The proposed simulation method is a combination of electromagnetic simulation and harmonic-balance circuit simulation. To confirm the effect of the proposed method, simulated and measured results are compared.
