| (in English) | Voice User Interfaces (VUI) is increasingly being used in a variety of fields due to the dramatic improvement of voice recognition technology. In most cases, voice commands are embedded in the existing service, and the end- users can call them up through the VUI to operate the service by voice. However, there are situations where end- users want to create their own voice commands to operate the service, such as when the service does not have voice commands, or when the desired operation cannot be achieved by voice commands alone. In this paper, we propose a voice command system that enables end-users to develop and use voice commands, and report the results of a usability evaluation experiment using a prototype. | |
